Returns & Exchanges

Any product or item purchased directly through the Modessic website can be returned within 30 days of taking receipt of the item(s).

The returned product(s) must be unused and in the original packaging, with any labels and protective layers intact. The item(s) must be in the same new condition as the item(s) was/were in when received by the customer.

Any signs that the product has been used or tampered with in any way will affect the status of the return and will result in Modessic not accepting the returned item. Additionally, Modessic does not accept any responsibility for items lost during return transit or shipping.

Please note that any “complimentary” items (or free product included in a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged, and must be returned along with the other items in the order if applying for a refund.

The campaign offer is based on the original purchase. If the customer no longer fulfills the criteria applicable during the campaign offer, the refunded or charged amount will be adjusted accordingly.

The refund or replacement will be processed once Modessic has received your returned item(s).


HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER WITH UPS:

  1. Contact Modessic at info@modessic.com prior to returning any items.
  2. Repackage your products safely and securely using the original packaging.
  3. Send the package back to Modessic using Postnord / UPS courier service.

Once the return has been approved and a refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us, stating that your return has been approved and processed.
