The delivery time is normally 2–4 working days in Sweden and 5-10 days to other countries, and the time may vary depending on external factors beyond
the control of Modessic and PostNord, UPS or DHL.

Your package will be delivered directly to your mailbox if possible. If this is not if possible, it will be forwarded to your nearest postal agent and you
will then be notified via SMS to the specified telephone number or to your Email address.

Please also note that delivery times may be longer than usual during product promotions.

Our online store www.modessic.com is the only place in the world where
you can buy our products. By cutting out the middleman, we are able to offer high quality watches and accessories at a price far below the traditional watch brands.

If you want to cancel your order after completing the order, you must email your order number and explain your case to our customer service at welcome@modessic.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests we receive before an order has been processed will be canceled immediately. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse staff, it can no longer be cancelled.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the products ordered or the quantity.

In such cases, we suggest that you contact us to cancel the incorrect order.

You can then, if you wish, place a new order on our website, with the correct product.

If you have received your package and it does not contain what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to correct our mistake as soon as possible.

Contact our customer service at
welcome@modessic.com and describe your case and one of our customer service employees will return with a preliminary date when the product will be in stock
again.

Our customer service representatives can also help you pre-order a sold-out product/a product that has not yet been launched.

We send your order in a
consignment note via Postnord, UPS or DHL. If the package fits in your mailbox, it is usually left there directly. In other cases, for example if the delivery takes place to an apartment with letter delivery, the package is instead left at your nearest post office/delivery point. You will then be notified via SMS
as soon as you can collect the package.

If you have more questions regarding the delivery, we suggest that you contact Postnord, UPS or DHL directly and enter your Parcel ID that was sent to you via e-mail.

If you have received a tracking number from Postnord, UPS or DHL, we encourage you to contact them directly. The delivery company has more precise information regarding the delivery status of your order.

We are responsible for any transport damage. It is important that upon receiving your order, you check that the package is not damaged. If this is the case, you are responsible for contacting our customer service within 7 days. If you discover that the package is damaged already at your delivery point, you report it there and later also to our customer service.

By cutting out anything that doesn't add value to our customers and investing the difference in our products, we can offer high-quality watches and accessories with uncompromising design and
functionality, at a price far below traditional watch brands.

All products purchased at modessic.com are covered by 30 days open purchase from order received. As a customer, you have the right to return a product if it does not meet your expectations. However, you cannot return a used product. Please note that the product must be in exactly the same condition as when you received it. The plastic covers on the
front, back, clasp, buckle and crown must not be removed. Any refund takes place in connection with the return being approved. ATTENTION! We only accept
returns that are unused and sent back in their original packaging (contents manual and certificate).

You have the option to return your watch within 30 days from the order
received. The product must be in exactly the same condition as when it was received. If you are returning a watch, the plastic cover on the front, back, clasp, buckle and crown must not be removed.

Our return process is 10 working days from the time we have received your return. As soon as the warehouse has registered and accepted your return, a refund will be issued to the same account used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 3-7 banking days until you see the money in your account again
from the time the refund is made.



Yes, exchanges are free but you must pay for the shipping cost. When exchanging, send an email to welcome@modessic.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. The plastic covers on the front, clasp, buckle, back and crown must not be removed and the product is expected to be returned in its original box, including manual and warranty card.

A watch from our product page will consist of the dial and the respective bracelet.

If you wish, you can purchase additional bracelets by selecting a bracelet on the Watch Bracelets page. There you select your watch, and you see all compatible bracelets for that particular watch.

To place an order, select the product you wish to purchase and place it in your shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout, where
you fill in your personal information and pay for the order.

In order to offer our customers the best possible security, each order must pass several different control steps.

If the order is approved, an order
confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Contact us if you have not received a confirmation and we will help you with this.

Orders to the whole world are sent from our warehouse in Sweden / Stockholm.

When your order has been packaged and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a Parcel ID via email. You can then track your delivery on Postnord's website. Parcels are normally delivered within 5-10 working days after they have been sorted at Postnord's facilities.

If you have not received a Parcel ID or if delivery has not taken place within the normal delivery time (5-10 working days after sorting), please contact us immediately and we will assist you.

Modessic offers free shipping and returns for purchases within Sweden. All orders are sent by registered mail via PostNord.
Normally, orders are sent the following working day after the purchase has been made and delivery takes place to your mailbox or the nearest post office within
2-4 working days.

All of Modessic use Japanese quartz movements, Miyota.

Our silver watches are made of stainless steel (316L) and 2 platings.

The glass of the watch is made of hardened mineral glass. It is resistant to normal wear and tear but should be treated with care.

All our watches are water resistant. Watches with a water resistance equivalent to 3 ATM are resistant to rain. Please note
that our watch straps, which are made of leather, should not be exposed to water. We recommend that you avoid all contact with water. Avoid wearing the watch while showering, bathing, swimming, diving, or during any activity where it is directly exposed to water. The watch can withstand daily use and light rain.

Please note that water damage is not covered by the 24-month warranty.

All our watch bracelets are equipped with Quick Release Pins, which make it possible to exchange one bracelet for another in no time. You only pull back the small steel ball so that the leather strap is released from the case.

Push the crown back all the way in to start the watch. If the crown is
not pressed in properly, the watch will not start.

To set the time, pull out the crown and then turn it to the right
(clockwise). Then push the crown back all the way in to start the watch.

Dial: The glass of the watch is made of hardened mineral glass. It is resistant to normal wear and tear but should be treated with care. It is easily cleaned with a dry and soft cloth.

Watchbands: All our watchbands are made of leather or stainless steel. You can easily clean the watch bracelets with a soft microfiber cloth.We do not recommendwashing the leather bracelet. When leather is exposed to water, it dries out and the bracelet can be damaged. However, a local watchmaker may have cleaning products designed specifically for leather.

General: Do not use strong chemicals when cleaning the watch. Avoid contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes,
cosmetics, etc. Such products can
damage the watch.

Yes, all our leather bracelets are made of genuine leather.

Modessic accepts American Express, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Klarna, Apple pay, Google pay and several other local payment cards and billing options.

All payment options available for each country are displayed at checkout when you have filled in the country you wish to deliver to.

The prices stated on Modessic's website are stated in USD. All prices shown include Swedish VAT.

Modessic is not responsible for any deviations in currency values ​​or conversion fees that your bank or issuer of your bank card may apply when purchasing on our website. If you have questions regarding this, you can contact your bank for more information.

Modessic neither receives nor stores any payment details. All transactions are handled directly by Stripe, our payment provider. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or retrieved by anyone other than your bank.

To use your discount code, go to checkout and click in the field with "Discount code". Enter the code and click "Apply". Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the
code.

If your Modessic product that you bought directly from us is defective according to current consumer protection legislation, you have the right to complain about it to us. Therefore, be sure to examine the product and advertise it to us as soon as possible. Modessic
complies with the Consumer Purchase Act in case of any complaints.

Describe the product and send pictures (front and back) of the product in question by email to welcome@modessic.com and
include your name, delivery address and email.

* Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water or a natural
disaster

* Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (hits, dents, crushing damage, broken crystal/glass, etc.) or accidents

* Faults or damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification

* Aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to normal wear and aging (eg minor scratches on case and/or crystal, wear of watchbands and peeling plating,
etc.)

* Battery, bracelet, crown or crystal/glass

* Watches whose model number is missing or has been deleted, altered, forged, replaced, obliterated or made illegible.

Our watches are manufactured to live up to Modessic's high quality standards. Despite this, the watch is also covered by our limited warranty against possible manufacturing defects, which includes the movement, indices, dial and hands.

The warranty for a Modessic watch is valid for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. After this warranty period, all repairs are subject to a service charge.

This warranty only covers the parts mentioned above. If the product is returned within the warranty period, the defective
watch or part will be repaired or replaced by Modessic free of charge, within a reasonable time after the product has been returned. However, the customer may be subject to the product's shipping costs.

If your watch has a defect that is within the scope of a warranty claim, you can contact our customer service by emailing us
